I have a dream to make the history of Asian facelift surgery and anatomy.
Asian facelift surgery and anatomy
Asians have different facial shapes and tissue characteristics from Westerners.
Asians generally have wide, flat faces and thick and tough soft tissues, making the conditions for performing lift surgery difficult.
When it comes to performing facelifts on Asians, it is not enough to imitate American or European experts, but we must absorb all of their techniques and reinvent the theory and techniques to meet the standards of the Asians.
As a member of the editorial board of the American SCI academic journal and as a faculty member of MAFAC (Mendelson Advanced Facial Anatomy Course), a world-class facial anatomy education and research group, I am working side by side with global experts to redefine the theory and technique of facelift surgery for Asians.
